  • Oral communication and writing skills.
  • Organisation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Programs,excel and word.
  • Discipline in filing admin
  • Must be proactive and tactical.
  • Must be able to contact suppliers, attorneys etc.
  • Be able to book meetings, arrange functions etc.
  • Assist the director on tasks given.
  • Experience in a similar role will be advantageous
