A well respected development company in Port Elizabeth is seeking a Personal Assistant to the director
- Oral communication and writing skills.
- Organisation skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Programs,excel and word.
- Discipline in filing admin
- Must be proactive and tactical.
- Must be able to contact suppliers, attorneys etc.
- Be able to book meetings, arrange functions etc.
- Assist the director on tasks given.
- Experience in a similar role will be advantageous
